NeoDyne is delighted to announce a management transition within the senior leadership team with the appointment of Martin Farrell as Managing Director and Brendan Kearney, David O’Sullivan and Carl Pender as new Associate Directors. Ger Hellen, former MD, is passing the baton to Martin Farrell, former Director of System Integration and taking on a new role as Company Chairman. Shane Hanley and Kevin Dollard will continue as Directors of Power Generation & Utilities and Transmission & Distribution, respectively, with Patrick Landers moving into a new role as Director of Natural Gas Solutions and Industrial Safety Systems.
New MD Martin and Directors Shane, Kevin and Patrick are all longstanding employees, having been with the Company since its early days in 1998. They have overseen the diversification and growth of NeoDyne’s customer base across multiple industries and sectors and the expansion of the Company into new domestic and international markets. Associate Directors Brendan, Carl, and David have been with NeoDyne for 38 years between them and have an exemplary track record in project delivery, customer management and business development. These appointments align with NeoDyne’s culture of investing in its people, employee recognition and promotion from within.
