Energy Management
We offer end-to-end solutions for metering, monitoring and reporting energy usage

Energy Management

For many of our customers, energy is often their single biggest overhead. Typically seen as an “unavoidable” cost of doing business, companies often lack the tools to monitor and assess plant-level energy consumption (water, air, gas, electricity and steam). In light of growing energy demands and increased regulations surrounding CO2 emissions, there is an imperative for businesses to maximise their energy efficiency. Companies need to be able to quantify a plant’s energy demand and environmental impact over a period of time. Without seeing and assessing plant energy-usage data; these companies are unlikely to benefit from improved energy consumption.

NeoDyne can help solve this problem. We offer end-to-end solutions for metering, monitoring and reporting energy usage. We apply our industry knowledge and technical expertise to tailor solutions to our customer’s current and future energy requirements. Our engineers can design, procure and commission energy meters that communicate to a site-wide energy management system. Energy usage can then be determined from meter data – water, air, gas, electricity and steam, collated to a central Energy Management Server.

We also assist in real-time monitoring for plant KPIs via digitised dashboards, with full integration to ERP systems, identifying site-wide usage. Making energy usage visible via dashboards allows managers to identify and drive further energy-efficiency initiatives, thereby accruing significant cost, compliance, and performance benefits over the medium to long term.
