NeoDyne offers process improvement solutions by applying SCADA, PLC networking, Automation, APC, Continuous and Batch Historians, SQL databases and information systems together with process upgrades. We implement improvement projects under Lean Manufacturing, Energy Efficiency or similar initiatives with our customers. We have significant experience in the review and improvement of plant processes, having successfully delivered solutions for energy conversion plants, power generation, packaging lines, batch manufacturing and milk processing.

We adopt a phased approach to our process improvement projects. Our engineers first work with process owners and operators to analyse existing processes – both routine and non-routine, to help identify the technological solution that best meets our customer’s needs and to apply an appropriate level of automation. We identify key performance indicators (KPI’s), often as part of a real-time process model to measure project success, including reduced variability, increased yield and conversion efficiency.
